It's a great thrill when your clients, friends or colleagues receive an invitation to your corporate golf day. Not only are you thanking him/her for their support, but you want to impress them about the capabilities of your company. Corporate golf days are widely recognised as one of the most valuable ways of building business relationships. Properly organised, they can provide a perfect environment in which to reward your clients and maintain your company's profile.

At the Townsville Golf Club, we can be of significant benefit in helping you achieve this goal. From planning to execution, we have the expertise and the resources to facilitate and tailor-make any size event to suit your budget. You can relax and enjoy your day as much as your guests, secure in the knowledge that all the behind-the-scenes details are being handled in a professional manner.

Instead of having your key staff organise the event, which in turn is non productive for your business, you can nominate one of your staff to liaise with us and we'll do all the work for you.
The following is a list of services we can provide:

• Preparing starter's sheet and score cards, personalised with your logo
• Starting the field
• Preparing a winners' presentation table for prizes and winners' cards
• Preparing name tags for display on registration table
• Organising catering (either on arrival, on-course or at the conclusion of the day's play
• Organising on-course and clubhouse refreshments
• Arranging motorised carts (please note the club at this time has 18 motorised carts)
• A golf professional on hand to help players with last minute swing tips
• Group photographs
• Placement of corporate advertising in and around the clubhouse
• Receiving and checking scorecards

If you decide you would prefer to run your own day, that is OK by us. Whichever way you choose, we promise to do all we can to ensure your day runs smoothly as we'd love to have you back in the future.

Designated days for corporate golf are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
