We hope you are well.
We would like to address a recent enquiry regarding an email you would have received from eGolf Waiver. Please be assured that this message is not a scam. It is part of a new process we are implementing to streamline check-ins and cart bookings, and it also helps us meet our legal obligations relating to cart usage and guest check-ins.
We also sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this email being sent without prior notice from the Club. Our intention was to make your first visit easier by allowing you to complete your details in advance. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the system would automatically send the waiver email at this stage, and we apologise for not informing you beforehand.
As we roll out this improved system, you may receive emails additional emails prompting you to complete the required waiver. This step helps us ensure a smoother and more efficient experience when you arrive at the club.
